Technical Engineer
- Like to do technical support, implementation,
trouble shooting, technical problem solving
in the areas of Data Networking, VOIP, PBXs,
Internet Security.
- Good 1 to 2 years of technical configuration,
implementation and trouble shooting skills in
anyone of the following:
- Cisco Systems
- Checkpoint
- Nortel, Siemens, NEC PBXs or keyphones
- Quintum VOIP or other VOIP
- Linksys, D-Link, Netgear or other brands of
routers, switches, hubs, and wireless LANs
- Call Centres, Voicemails, CTI,
- Servers and Desktop applications
- Wireless Infrastructure
- Cabling and optical fibre infrastructure
- Keen to learn new technical skills in new
technologies and frontiers
- Customer focused. Yes, you will solve technical,
but do not forget the customer
- Willingness to go extra mile
