Dialers re-route calls designated for one carrier to another carrier. With the liberation of telecom market in Singapore, and the sprouting up of many IDD and VOIP carriers, dialers become an indispensable for these carriers to bring traffic to their network.

Eminuum provides range of dialers that have different but comprehensive features for the IDD and VOIP carriers.

The features of the Eminuum dialers are:

5 paths available for different gateways
Eminuum dialers have 5 paths available for different gateway numbers, to ensure least cost routing (LCR) and automatic carrier routing (ACR) for your customers.

• Auto rerouting
  You have the options of routing to the next available gateway or terminate the dialing, upon unsuccessful first attempt.
• Adjustable speeds of dialing (DTMF on/off time)
  With Eminuum dialers, you can specify DTMF On/Off time, waiting/pause time, tone detecting time, PBX pause time.
• Multiple user account
  This feature allows multiple users access one common account, using separate pin codes.
• Prefix number removal
  When the dialer dials out the destination number, it can dial full destination number, or remove the prefix number according to the setting.
• Ending code (e.g. ‘#’) attachment
  Automatically add end code (#, * or any other code) after the destination number.
• Gateway Routing Indication
  An optional 'beep...beep' tone is available to indicate to user call is being routed to gateway.
• Local or Remote programming options
  Eminuum dialers can be programmed locally or remotely using normal touch phone or Line Programmer. The line programme comes with software, and is connected to PC through COM port (RS232 interface).
• Phone or PC programming options
  Eminuum dialers can be programmed locally or remotely using normal touch phone or Line Programmer. The line programmer comes with software, and is connected to PC through COM port (RS232 interface).
• Physical or Programmable bypass
  A mechanical BYPASS switch is designed to ensure users can still make phone call when the alternative carriers' gateway are down, without having to physically uninstall the dialers. For a temporary call bypass, programmable function code can be used to disable the dialer for that particular call.
• Line Reversal
  Models AX3000H is specially designed for call shops and the hotel PBX system. It can hold the line reversal from the telecom until it receives the confirmed connection signal from the gateway (typically a 'C' tone) of the alternative carrier. This is to avoid the incorrect billing by the line reversal billing system.
• With Adaptor or Without adaptor options
  Eminuum line-powered dialer LS2000 requires a minimum of 2mA to function. All other dialers (Eminuum AX3000P & Eminuum AX3000H) require an external power of DC18V.
