OPTION B COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE PLAN
  • 48 hours on-site Maintenance Contract
  • 12-Month contract period.
  • Networks (routers, switches, and hubs) and computer systems (PCs and servers)
  • Ideal for companies with nodes ranging from 10 –100.
  • 6 hours On-Site response time
  • Service Coverage:
    • Unlimited Telephone-On-Line Support
    • 48 hours on-site technical hardware and software support in 12 months
    • Diagnostic, trouble-shooting of LAN/WAN, PCs, Servers, and Software Applications (Microsoft Windows etc)

OPTION C SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
  • To provide support on the administration LAN/WAN networks, PCs and Servers.
  • On-site every fortnightly for half a day.
  • To check if the users encounter any problem in the hardware, software and rectify those problems.
  • To provide support on the usage and configuration of Microsoft standard software.
  • To provide support to end-user on the Operating System (OS) – Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows NT.
  • Provide support to detect, remove virus in the Computer System including updating of the virus signature file on the Computer System.
